What are the types of delivery and delivery times for a Boboli order?
At Boboli we offer shipping and return of our orders through the only logistics operator: UPS.
Where do we ship to?
At the moment, Boboli only ships to Netherlands.
Home delivery
The transport company will deliver the package to your home or to the address you indicate. The carrier will make several delivery attempts, usually on consecutive business days up to 2 attempts.
If it still does not locate you at the delivery address, it will leave the package at an office of the transport company (UPS access point) so that you can go pick it up in the next 15 days.
You can view updated information about your order and delivery attempts made using the tracking link on your order.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date. In that same email you will receive a tracking link from the logistics company in charge of your order so that you can follow it at all times.
It is important that you check this link regularly as the courier will update it with all the information about the order.
The couriers do not contact by phone to notify before making the delivery. The package could be delivered with another logistics company on the second delivery attempt or at a delivery point after a failed delivery attempt. Please note that this may occur without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that you check the tracking link available to locate your order.
Delivery times
The delivery time for home delivery is 2 to 6 working days from the date of the order
Please note that during sales and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual.
You will receive a more specific delivery time in the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, once your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping costs
For most orders, shipping costs are free from €60.00.
For purchases less than this amount, shipping costs are €2.90.
I have received an item that I did not order
Check if the delivery note that arrived with your order has your name and the correct information for your order. If so, please return the item to us and mark “wrong item” as the reason on the return form. We will refund it to you when it arrives at our warehouses.
In order to receive the item you must place a new order.

Information about damaged packages
We are very sorry for what happened and we hope that your items have arrived intact.
If you want to return any product from your order, you can use any other packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new box for return.
